  • What if potato’s could save your life?! 🥔 listen to my conversation with the potato goddess @setareh.khatibi on the Plant Power Podcast to hear how. Link in bio 👌🥔🌱✌️
  • After much thought and consideration I have decided to offer personal online coaching! I am doing this because although I love the podcast format, its basically a one sided conversation. I am ready to offer the skills, capacities and insights I have learnt through my experiences and journey in a more personal setting with you!
I'm offering guidance in mindfulness and meditation, dealing with anxiety, exercise and motivation, relationships with food and of course running. I have created an online application so if you are interested in having one-on-one online coaching with me then fill in the application (Link in Bio)

I can't wait to work with some of you and be a part of your journey.
  • I believe our genes have a selfish desire to see us be challenged. To see us struggle. Why? Because every time I ride or run a ridiculous distance or interview some well known it may hurt like crazy or be scary and I don’t know why I’m doing it but I always come out of it with skills or capacities that enable my survival and inspire growth. When we take the easy way it might feel good but we are depriving ourselves of our evolution. Don’t get me wrong I love eating banana cake and watching tv (true story) but damn does it feel amazing when I get uncomfortable and survive 👌
  • Zen Bowl 🙏 Our cravings and impulses for food are so fleeting and insignificant but they can feel so real and strong at the time. I surprise myself sometimes with my lack of self control when I’m like ‘yeah I probably didn’t need that’ but I did it anyway. Recently I’ve been taking the time to meditate on my body and to tap into its wisdom. In doing this I am becoming aware of the signals it’s putting out when it’s like ‘yo dude I’m hungry or dude I’m full!’ Finding a place where we can figure out what our bodies need rather than chocolate 🍫 taking control of your body is hard but it’s doable. Take a moment to breathe and be grateful before you eat and be present with the experience ✌️🌱🙏
  • It’s such an epic feeling to get pumped and motivated about life - but looking at the gigantic goal or mission you need to achieve is scary as fuck 🦆 so recently I’ve been working towards my goals by just focusing on one day at a time. Like each day is the goal itself - doing this I’m not overwhelmed by what lies ahead of me and can exist in the present✌️⚡️
  • 2018! Another year of spreading Plant Power vibes of compassion, mindfulness and badassness from my homeland of Aotearoa to the rest of the world 🤙🌱⚡️🌏
  • You can’t will power your way to a healthy lifestyle. Ain’t sustainable yo, create the soil or the environment from which a healthy lifestyle can grow. This includes limiting access to unhealthy habits e.g. cookies and you need to WANT it deep down in your core. There’s no destination but it’s an epic journey🍌👌🌱
  • There is only ONE of me ☝️ there is no human out there who has existed or will ever exist that is just..like..me. Everything I have to offer and create is completely original - therefore my primary objective, my purpose is to be ME and to share what I have with the world. Otherwise I will never truly exist. The same goes for all of you 👈 we are the ones we’ve been waiting for 🙏❤️🌏
  • There is no point being against something. As soon as we defend our beliefs we start creating the same negative energy as the cause you are supposedly against and you have already lost. You will meet people and experience situations that you don’t agree with everyday. The way people eat, talk, act and treat each other and the planet. How can we transcend our emotions and stop adding to them pool of negativity? I’m not saying I have achieved this - I simply try to think twice about the way I respond to life. Am I adding positivity or am I adding negativity to the world? 🌏❤️🌱
