PPP 07: How to enjoy running!

This week’s episode is about my favourite thing…Running! We all know that running is good for us and that it’s a great way to get outside and stay in shape. But that doesn’t mean we enjoy it or want to do it! For those of you out there who want to start running or just want to enjoy it then you’ll love this episode. I speak from my personal experiences, how I have learnt to love running and make it something I enjoy and want to do.
