Rosalie’s Bliss Balls

Super simple delicious and healthy bliss balls with a wonderfully soft and moist texture – the perfect treat. Designed by my wonderful partner Rosalie, we always have a container of these in the fridge for those late night snacks.

Rosalie's Bliss Balls

Ingredients
  • 16-20 dates (depending on what type)
  • 1 cup of almond meal
  • ½ cup of shredded or desiccated coconut plus about ⅓ cup extra for rolling
  • ⅓ coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cacao or cocoa (add more if mixture is too wet)
Instructions
  1. Place dates in a bowl and cover with boiling water for 5-10mins to soften
  2. Drain dates, then put all the ingredients together in a food processor and process until the mixture comes together (it should stick between your fingers when its ready)
  3. Place extra coconut in a shallow dish. Roll level Tbsp of mixture into balls and coat in coconut
  4. Refrigerate
